Yearly team planner (Notion template)

Easily and accurately schedule your colleagues' hours for projects throughout the year.

Yearly planner:

• consists of 5 variants (sub-templates):
  • a plan for a person with a specific project and month with the number of hours
  • capacity plan in advance and then standard time tracking
  • entering an estimate or report directly with a timeline
  • timeline with planning in days and recalculation (day = 8 hours)
  • timeline with the unit being whole days without hours
• all variants have:
  • a schedule of individual hours in each month
  • a comparison of the number of hours with the capacity of the projects
  • comparison of hours with capacity months
  • capacity input - estimation, tracking or timeline
  • alerts for exceeding hours for people, projects and months

How to download the template?

Open the link and click on "Start with this template" at the top right. Then just select your Notion account to which the template will be duplicated.
